Scheduled phone check-ins and medication reminders for yourself or someone you care for.
Kinse calls them. You read what happened.
Set weekly check-in times and medication schedules. Kinse places the outbound calls (one question at a time on the line), and your dashboard shows call summaries, medication compliance, and alerts. The person who answers does not need an app.

The caregiver dashboard after Kinse calls
Wellness score, call summary, medication compliance %, and alerts: the same cards you see in the app after outbound check-ins and med reminders. Demo data below; no account required to preview.
Kinse dials them on your schedule. You read the cards, not another app for them to install.
Phone out. Voice in. Updates back to you.
- Outbound calls to their number
- Verbal med confirmations logged
- Summaries on your dashboard
Calling three times a day is not a system.
Medication times slip. Check-ins stack up. You refresh a dashboard or send another text, and the person you care for did not ask for a new app to learn. The gap is not love. It is a reliable rhythm on the device they already answer: the phone.
Kinse places the calls on the schedule you set, logs what was said about meds, and puts summaries where caregivers actually look, without turning daily life into surveillance.
How it works
Three steps from signup to the first call.
Step 01: Add who receives calls
Create an account for yourself, a loved one, or both (hybrid). Enter their phone number and timezone. Kinse always dials out to the number you provide.
Step 02: Set check-ins and medications
Pick weekly check-in slots (up to five) and medication times. When a check-in and a dose fall within 15 minutes, Kinse can merge them into one call.
Step 03: Read what happened
After each call, your dashboard shows a summary, wellness trend, medication compliance %, and alerts, without asking them to install anything.
After the call, the dashboard tells the story
You do not need to listen to every minute. Kinse turns check-ins and medication reminders into cards you can scan: how they are doing, whether doses were confirmed, and what changed since yesterday.
- Wellness score and status headline after each call
- Plain-language call summary, not a raw transcript by default
- Medication compliance % from verbal confirmations
- Alerts when something needs your attention
Outbound calls, verbal med checks, and a dashboard that updates.
Kinse is not another app for them to learn. You configure schedules in Kinse; Kinse places the calls; confirmations and summaries come back to you.
Scheduled phone check-ins
Kinse calls on your rhythm
You pick weekly check-in times in their timezone. Kinse dials out and asks one question at a time: companion conversation, not a robochecklist. They answer the phone. No app required.
Medication reminders by voice
Confirmations you can track
At dose time, the call names the medication and asks if they took it. Taken, missed, refused, or unclear gets logged. Your dashboard shows compliance %, not a push alert they never saw.
Smarter call timing
One ring when schedules overlap
When a check-in and a medication reminder fall within 15 minutes, Kinse merges them into a single call: meds first, then a brief wellness check, so the phone does not ring twice back-to-back.
Built around how Kinse actually works
Outbound voice calls, configurable schedules, and caregiver-facing summaries for myself, loved one, or hybrid accounts. When we publish permissioned stories, they will live here; we do not use placeholder quotes as social proof.
Kinse dials out
Scheduled companion check-ins and medication reminders go to their phone number. You configure times in their timezone.
One call when times overlap
Check-in and medication within 15 minutes? Kinse merges into a single outbound call so the phone does not ring twice in a row.
Verbal confirmations logged
The reminder asks if they took each dose. Taken, missed, or refused feeds medication compliance % on your dashboard, not a silent notification.
Care circle permissions
Invite helpers with Full, Can Update, or View Only access. Team is for people who help, not billing seats for loved ones.
Trust has to be earned every day.
We take confidentiality seriously and explain, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and who can see it. You'll know how to get support if something doesn't feel right.
