Is there a free trial?
Yes. Kinse includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Sign up, add a loved one or yourself, and try Starter features during the trial. When you are ready to continue, choose Starter or Pro and add a card in the app under Billing.
When do I add a card?
You are not charged during the 14-day free trial. After the trial, add a card in the app to continue on Starter or Pro. You will see the exact per-person amount and billing schedule before you confirm checkout.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Kinse bills per person on Starter or Pro. You choose monthly or yearly at checkout. Yearly billing saves about 10% compared with paying month by month for a full year.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter gives your loved one Up to 120 mins/month of scheduled phone check-ins (3 per week, up to 10 minutes each). Pro gives Up to 280 mins/month (up to 7 per week, up to 10 minutes each). Medication reminders, call summaries, caregiver alerts, and care team access are the same on both plans.
How does per-person pricing work?
Each person on Kinse, yourself or a loved one, is billed at the same per-person rate ($29.95/month or $323.94/year on Starter; Pro pricing shown on the plan cards). Add people as your household grows, up to 5 per account. Care circle invites on the Team page are helpers, not additional billed seats.
How do I change from monthly to yearly (or the reverse)?
After you have an account, you can update billing in the app under Billing, subject to the terms shown at checkout.
