Why Kinse

Outbound calls on your schedule. Dashboard updates for caregivers.

Kinse is built for households that need reliable phone check-ins and medication reminders without asking someone to install another app. You configure weekly check-in times and medication schedules. Kinse dials out. Summaries, compliance %, and alerts come back to you.

Use Kinse for yourself, for a loved one, or both on a hybrid account. Seat-based membership covers up to 5 people. Care circle invites on Team are helpers with permissions, not billing seats.

One product, three account shapes

The same outbound call engine and caregiver dashboard support different real-life setups.

For myself

Kinse dials your number for scheduled check-ins and medication reminders. You answer the phone. Your dashboard tracks compliance and call summaries if you want visibility over time.

For a loved one

Add their phone number and timezone. Set weekly check-in slots and medication times. Kinse places the outbound calls. You read what happened on your dashboard cards.

For caregivers

Invite siblings or helpers with Full, Can Update, or View Only access. See wellness score, call summaries, medication compliance %, and alerts without replacing your care team or emergency services.

Calling three times a day is not a system.

Medication times slip. Check-ins stack up. You refresh a dashboard or send another text, and the person you care for did not ask for a new app to learn. The gap is not love. It is a reliable rhythm on the device they already answer: the phone.

Kinse places the calls on the schedule you set, logs what was said about meds, and puts summaries where caregivers actually look, without turning daily life into surveillance.

What Kinse adds that manual check-ins cannot

  • Outbound check-ins on weekly slots you configure, not another app they must learn
  • Medication doses confirmed by voice and logged as compliance % on your dashboard
  • One merged call when a check-in and a dose fall within 15 minutes
  • Dashboard cards with wellness score, call summary, and alerts after each call
  • Care circle invites with Full, Can Update, or View Only permissions
  • Hybrid accounts: receive calls yourself and manage loved ones on the same membership

Built for trust, not surveillance

Kinse supports routine check-ins and medication reminders by phone. It is not an emergency response service, a clinician, or a diagnosis tool. In urgent situations, contact local emergency services immediately.

Summaries and compliance data go to caregivers you authorize. You control care circle permissions and what helpers can change versus view.
